If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may simply return an item or items to us in their original state within 7 days of the purchase receipt. In accordance with the paragraph 4 of the article 26.1 “Remote sale of commodities” of the Russian Consumer Protection Law, the Customer has a right to reject goods at any time prior to their transfer, and within 7 days after the receipt of goods if an item is of satisfactory quality and in its undamaged packaging. If an indicated item has never been in use, is in marketable condition and retains its consumer attributes, we shall make a refund, excluding delivery and money transfer expenses, to the settlement account, card account or PayPal account, belonging to the Customer, within 10 business days after the receipt of goods.
While you are in the process of returning goods and they have not yet reached us, the responsibility for the goods lies with you. To ensure their safety, we advise you to send a parcel with a courier service, which will insure the goods and provide you with more accurate information about delivery times.
Custom-made items are subject to return/exchange only in case of existing defects or a wrongly delivered item. In accordance with the article 484 and the article 487 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, the Customer is obliged to accept ordered goods and pay their full price. The Customer has been informed that, in accordance with the Russian Consumer Protection Law, goods of satisfactory quality, custom-made according to the individual requirements of the Customer, are non-returnable and non-refundable. If items are returned used, soiled, etc., they will be sent back to you without a refund.
We do not pay for return costs, except in those cases when a wrong or faulty item has been sent to the Customer. You always have a right to change your mind and cancel your purchase, but please do remember that the courier services are not free of charge. It is for this reason that we get in touch with you in advance, so that your decision is final and a product desired.
If you have received a wrong item or if a received item is faulty, please get in touch with us. We will make an exchange (in this case we accept all expenses) or you may return it to us by following our standard returns procedure.
